Through private coaching, we carefully consider each client’s individual goals and changing needs. We ensure that the selection of poses, breathing techniques and mental focus exercises is custom-tailored, that the pacing of instruction is appropriate, and that the techniques are performed properly.

Private coaching is available whether you simply want an introduction to the poses and proper technique or you want to engage in ongoing coaching that evolves to suit your changing needs.
